Chelsey began her journey into bodywork in 2010 after graduating from the Healing Arts Institute. This school focused primarily on postural alignments teaching it’s own, highly integrative form of neuromuscular therapy. Since then she has deepened her practice with continuing education focused on understanding dysfunctions of the body. Learning more about alternative medicines has inspired her to teach others how they can live a healthy, pain-free life. Her desire for education has also lead her down the path of yoga, Reiki, Thai massage, and craniosacral therapy. It is her goal as a therapist to help give clients the tools they need to live their most successful, joyful, and healthy lives.

I’m fascinated by how therapeutic touch can help and heal another human being. Being able to directly improve another person’s day/month/life is such a gratifying feeling. My positive, compassionate view on treating an individual’s body uniquely will help to facilitate your healing and recovery process! I graduated from Sage School of Massage & Esthetics in Bend, OR in 2020 with extensive experience covering such modalities as deep tissue, swedish, trigger point therapy and sports massage. Originally from Florida, Jasmine is an artist, adventurer and lover of knowledge. She received her Bachelors in Fine Arts, minoring in Biology and Chemistry from Florida State University. After graduating, she packed up what would fit in her tiny car and drove across the southern half of the US and up the west coast to the gorgeous PNW. She loved it so much she decided to grow roots and sprout. It’s here that she first became interested in massage, when her interests in Natural Medicine continued to blossom into a potential future career path. Not too long after, She received her massage schooling and licensure in Portland, OR. In massage, she has found a unique way of blending her knowledge in the sciences, her love for movement and health as well as her ever present creativity and thirst for problem solving.

As a massage therapist for over 10 years, Jasmine blends her unique background with her ever expanding knowledge of the body, its structure and how it works. Her passion is working with clients to achieve a pain-free ease of movement throughout their day and into activities that drive their lives. During her sessions she pulls from her experience practicing Shiatsu(acupressure), Neuromuscular deep tissue, movement therapy, Reiki and various other modalities. Jasmine’s style is therapeutic in nature. With just the right amount of pressure, she flows into areas of dis-ease to release tension and create space for healing. Leaving her sessions you’ll feel deeply relaxed and so so much lighter.

When not massaging, Jasmine is off adventuring, creating or checking out what Sisters and Bend have to offer. She lives for new tastes, smells, sounds and new ways to move and experience the world around her.

Katie is passionate about creating a safe, therapeutic space where healing can unfold naturally. She believes healing comes from within – her hands simply shine awareness into the body, giving it permission to release. She integrates multiple modalities including Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage and relaxing Swedish Massage. Katie is a world traveler and outdoor enthusiast who recently moved to Oregon. Originally from Michigan, she decided to check out the “Great West.” Colorado quickly stole her heart and reconnected her with her spirit of adventure, her connection with the land, and her deep wonder for all that Life holds. Adventure called her through Colorado’s mountains to Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, and California – each deepening her connection to self. In these travels she was called to Sedona. Sedona, in her usual charming and magical way, brought beautiful serendipity. As Katie discussed possibly attending massage school with a friend, someone called out from the background, “There is a really wonderful, well led, deeply respected school right here in town.” If you have ever visited Sedona, you may have heard the locals say “If you are meant to be here, Sedona will call you to Her, if you are not meant to be here, She will spit you out,” and this was exactly what she felt – the deep call of Sedona. Attending The Sedona School of Massage was one of the most beautifully divine decisions she made. This school was founded by a woman who conducted her school in a manner that paid deep ode to teaching future practitioners the value of presence in this line of work. This training taught Katie to bring deep presence to every session, listening to the subtle language of each body.
